They were safer, but some people questioned whether it was as effective as previous abdominal machines.
Up to now, more and more versions of the abdominal exercise equipment are being developed. And until a sure-fire way of getting the six-pack ab look is developed, even more ab machines is going to be made. However, there is no single machine that can produce the look that you’d like. Health and fitness experts agree that even though exercise indeed helps in toning muscles, there’s still more to getting the perfect stomach muscles than just by flexing.
